Madrid is not humid, quite the contrary. is so hoy you could fry an egg on the floor sometimes...and 47ºC sometimes is nothing, In Seville you can't go out till night because it's too hot to do so. I have loved the Center of Madrid since I was a little girl. My family always went on Christmas time around there, what is all with lights, and a lot of stands with presents, joke articles and stuff it is VERY nice. For your info, Madrid's typical breakfast is hot choco( veeeeeery dense choco) with churros ( wich is a sugary "bread", I'd define it more as a pasta.....imagine a pretzel, but soft and sweet and squeezyXD.
Retiro parks is just a wonderful place, it's called "Retiro" (Retirement) because Kings and wueens of the XVIIth Century builded it for Retire the summer time...it was not in the city then....and now it's in the centerXDDD oh, here's antoher photo for you

Castilla is a place in Spain, and was the main Kingdom back at the time of the Discovery of America, it's a plain place with lots of interesting places to visit and a lot of important towns, very historic.
